Join us for our second annual Jewish Women’s Health Summit—a morning of honest conversation, expert insight, and meaningful connection.
This gathering is a chance to explore what it means to live in a changing body, with all the expectations we carry—from society, from our communities, and from within. Together, we’ll reflect on identity, self-image, loss, growth, and meeting ourselves with curiosity and compassion.
Our panel and breakout sessions will engage with a number of questions women face—about aging, appearance, values, pressure, and power—and we’ll learn from each other about how to move through life with confidence, acceptance, and self-understanding.
We’re pleased to feature four powerful women who will share their personal and professional insights, including:
Rebecca Soffer (moderator): Best-selling author of The Modern Loss Handbook and cofounder of the Modern Loss community
Dr. Sara Glass (panelist): Psychotherapist, queer advocate, and author of Kissing Girls on Shabbat
Lauren Tetenbaum (panelist): Psychotherapist, women’s empowerment advocate, and author of the forthcoming book Millennial Menopause: Preparing for Perimenopause, Menopause, and Life’s Next Period
Dr. Margo Lederhandler (panelist): Double board-certified dermatologist, Mohs surgeon, and assistant professor of clinical dermatology at Weill Cornell Medicine
Let’s explore what it means to care for our bodies, our minds, and our Jewish selves—together. Bring your questions, your story, your curiosity—this is your space.
